Banoffee with “Rhodian Ladopitta”

A delicious recipe for Banoffee, which was prepared by our good friend MANOLIS GIORDAMNIS, a member of the ARCHIMAGIRES DODECANESE & CYCLADES CLUB, whom we are very grateful!

For every BANOFFEE we will need:

Fry slightly the Rhodian Ladopittas and put them in a cake cloth.

Pour the sweetened milk (after boiling it for 2 hours), cut the banana and put it over the sweetened milk, lay the whipped cream and then pour the melted chocolate or chocolate trims.

Finally, put the sweet in the refrigerator for 3 hours to freeze and serve.
