Our favorite HALOUMI with such a characteristic and rich flavor starred in this recipe.

We will need:
 4 RHODIAN LADOPITTA Wholegrain
 400 g Haloumi
 2 big onions
 Balsamic cream
 Lettuce or Various Vegetables of your choice

Cut the Onions in coarse strips and saute them until they wither.
Then turn them off with Balsamikos cream.
Bake Haloumi and heat the Whole Grain Rods.
Cut the Lettuce or Vegetables of your choice and fill our Ladopittas.
