“Rhodian Ladopitta” wholegrain with salmon, cream cheese and lemon zest

A healthy recipe in a very easy run, with refined flavor, rich in Ω3 and edible fiber!

We will need:

Heat in a non-stick cookware the Whole Grain Rhodian Ladopittas.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the anice and the lemon zest.
Add the mixture to the Ladopittas, place the salmon slides and wrap it as in the photo!
