“Rhodian Ladopitta” with spinach and feta

One of the most traditional tastes of Greek cuisine, changes the way of execution and marries perfectly with the equally traditional "Rhodian ladopitta". This makes it easier to prepare, faster and even more delicious!!

We will need:
 10 Rhodian Ladopittas
 1 kg Spinach
 500 g Feta cheese
 3 fresh onions
 Anice
 Salt & Pepper

Gently spin the spinach and drain it. Chop the onions and the anice and sauté in a little olive oil. Add spinach that has drained and mixed lightly. We pull out of the fire and let our materials cool down. Finally add the trimmed feta cheese, a little salt and pepper. Fill one of the Rhodian Ladopittas, wrap them in rolls and heat them gently on a non-stick cookware.
