We will need:
 4 Rhodian Ladopittas
 2 Aubergines moderate
 1 Green pepper
 1 Red pepper
 1 dry onion
 Balsamic cream (optionally)
 68 Cherry tomatoes
 Olive oil for sautération
 Salt - Pepper

Cut all our vegetables into cubes, salt and pepper them all together with some olive oil in a pan. If you want you can add a little balsamic cream.

Remove from the fire and fill one of the Rhodian Ladopittas, wrap them in rolls and heat them lightly on a non-stick cookware.
