➤ 10 Roditiki Ladopittas
➤ 1 kilo of spinach
➤ 500 gr. feta cheese
➤ 3 fresh onions
➤ Dill
➤ Salt & Pepper
Boil the spinach lightly and drain it. Finely chop the onions and dill and sauté them in a little olive oil. Add the spinach, which has been drained in the meantime, and stir lightly. Remove from the heat and let our ingredients cool. Finally, add the grated feta cheese, a little salt and pepper. Fill the Roditiki Ladopittas one by one, roll them up and heat them slightly in a non-stick pan.

➤ Cinnamon
Heat the Roditiki Ladopittas in a non-stick pan on both sides. Spread the tahini on one side like on crepes, roll them up and pour the honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
