RHODIAN LADOPITTA is one of the products of the company Dimitris Atsalakis and Co. is made
in Faliraki, Rhodes. It was founded in 1979 and the Rhodian pies managed to enter the market of Attica,
through the “Ergon” taverns…
The Rhodian ladopitta is made from first quality flour, it is delicate and while other pittas for skewer are baked in the oven, it is fried with oil in the fryer. It is one of the products that have been awarded and due to its specificity it can also be used for other uses: jam, honey, hazelnut praline etc. and without the need for baking but only warming up.
