You will need a tartar sauce, Rhodian Ladopitta, apples red and green (at your choice), a little butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Clean and cut the apples in pieces, soak them (in a deep dish) in the butter to soften and sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice on top.
Lower the heat and allow the mixture to be simmering.
Soften the Pizza Lapettes for 2 minutes in microwaves to get a uniform shape in your pan, and then place them in your tray.
Swab the mixture with the apples and pour it over our pasta that we have built as a base on our pot.
Bake at 180 degrees in the air until browning and then to make our base more crisp, adjust the oven to the lower resistance and continue firing for another 15 'to 20'.
