You will need a pot for potatoes.
Heat the Rhodian Ladopittas for 2 minutes in microwaves to soften. Make the filling you want.

We choose to fill it with chicken and fresh mushrooms.
Then make the bésamel cream, to make it crispy from above, put bread crumbs and hard cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees in the air until our pie gets a golden color.
Then bake in bottom resistance for about 15 '- 20', to make the base of our pie more crisp.

Tip: (Take care that your filling is not wet because it will soften the pies and will not be cooked underneath).
