The 5th EXTOTROF, which took place on the 26th and 29th of January 2018 at the Olympic Fencing Center, was successfully completed, gathering in just 4 days more than 50,000 visitors!

The “Rhodian Ladopitta” for another year gave a dynamic presence, literally pulling the visitors from the nose! Atsalakis Dimitrios & Co OE and its people have prepared a rich variety of sweet and savoury creations based on the special delicacy from the Knights Island! This year, for the first time, the new members of the family were also presented: “Rhodian Ladopitta” with wholegrade flour that is rich in edible fiber and “Rhodian Ladopitta” with roasted potatoes with the richest flavour ever made!

All the flavours were enthusiastically received by the world that tasted them and was further informed about both the particular benefits of the product and the available sources of enjoyment at selected retail outlets and dining outlets.

As well as the famous Chefs as well as journalists from the area of gastronomy.

We thank the South Aegean Region for the hospitality and the members of the Chefs Club of Dodecanese & Cyclades for the trust they have shown in our products for years to create original delicious dishes and fast snacks.
