Argyro had the opportunity to see and take part in the process of producing the most traditional product of our country. The ritual that begins with the combination of pure raw materials, kneading, opening in the hand, baking up to packaging, has helped Argyro, having the opportunity to find out on her own the excellent production conditions and the high commitment to traditional values which is promoted by the “Rhodian Ladopitta”.
