HIGHLY SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE 6th EXPOTROF EXHIBITION!

With more than 300 producers, 60,000 visitors and 2,000 products, for the 6th consecutive year, EXPORTROF has brought together most of the country’s food and drink producers at the Olympic Fencing Center.

The prestigious region this year was the Southern Aegean Region, Gastronomic Region of Europe for 2019, which was awarded for its contribution to the international promotion of island gastronomy.

“Rhodian Ladopitta”, as a genuine representative of the gastronomic tradition of its birthplace, gathered the best impression and attracted the admiration of the thousands of visitors who tried it. Among them are many retailers and mass caterers, distinguished CEOs, celebrities, journalists and individuals.

Everyone was informed, tasted and enjoyed imaginative sweet and salty creations with “Rhodian Ladopitta” that were literally preparing at the same time!

The Chefs Club of Dodecanese & Cyclades have undertaken to inspire the public in the secrets of the South Aegean cuisine, highlighting its special flavours with the healing aromas and the unique materials and raw materials of their kind.

Other distinguished chefs such as Dimitris Skarmoutsos, Dionisis Alertas, Yannis Baxevanis, Christos Vergados and other well-known CEAs who created inspired recipes with the flavour and aroma of Greece honoured the show.
