Creations with “Rhodian Ladopita” as part of the “Aegean Mamas Know Best”, part of the “Taste the Seasons” Program of the Gastronomic Region of Europe – South Aegean 2019, held in Archangelos of Rhodes on Sunday, November 11th 2018, in the courtyard of Taxiarchis.

The event was held with the collaboration of the Cycladic & Dodekanisos Chefs Club, represented by President Nikos Christoforou and the Ambassador of the South Aegean Region, in this great initiative, Chef Argyro Barbarigou, whose participation has helped to make the islands food & cooking, for Cyclades and Dodecanese.

Archangelos has a rich culinary tradition, with many unique recipes that survive to this day. The ideal setting for the creations with “Rhodian Ladopita”, which, as usual, loved both young and old people, was created with the chef Argyro Barbarigou talking about it with the most flattering words as she knows it and uses it in many of her own performances for several years ! Indeed, she also visited the production lab very recently!
